User Services Agreement

Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, and choose to accept or not. Restrictions and disclaimers may remind you to pay attention in bold form. Unless you read and accept all the terms of this agreement, you are forbidden to download, install or to use the software and related services. Your downloading, installation, use, login and other behaviors are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
You legally agree that these Terms are binding rules (“Terms”). You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and other policies that form part of this agreement.We may change these terms occasionally. If we do so, we will notify you of any material changes by posting them on the website or by emailing you. New versions of these terms will not apply retrospectively, and we will inform you the exact effective date of the new version terms, which will be listed top when this agreement posted. If you choose to use the BitBrowser software and services after the change, it means that you accept the new terms. We reserve any and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement, including without limitation any and all rights in the System.
Violation of any term of this agreement will result in termination of your account. You agree to use BitBrowser software and services at your own risk.

Account Terms

Your age must reach 18 to register for a BitBrowser account, or you must be mature enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot use BitBrowser products without the consent of your parent or guardian (on behalf of you agreeing that you will abide by the terms of service).
You need to register to use BitBrowser, choose an account name and set a password. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. All users must provide true and accurate information when registering our website or service, please do not use invalid or others’ email.
We reserve the right to verify all user information and reject any user. You are responsible for all activity on your account and keep password confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. BitBrowser shall not be liable for any loss caused to you by others using your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you become aware of someone using your account without your permission, please report it to bitbrowser@qq.com.
You are not allowed to use BitBrowser software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When you use the software, you must not violate any laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) and any other applicable legal provisions.

Prohibited behavior

You shall abide by any applicable Laws And Regulations, and forbidden to use the services and accounts of BitBrowser to implement activities including but not limited to the following behaviours, including facilitate:
(1)Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, and harming national honor and interests;
(2)Propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
(3)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(4)Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, harassment, vulgarity or instigating crimes;
(5)Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(6)Infringe on the legal rights of others such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;
(7)Using this software to fabricate facts and conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(8)Carrying out illegal Internet activities such as gambling and gambling games;
(9)Delete or change all rights management electronic information on the software;
(10)Deliberately avoiding or destroying the technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of the software;
(11)Deleting, modifying, adding, or interfering with the functions of the computer information system in violation of state regulations, causing the computer information system to malfunction;
(12)Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
(13)Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
(14)Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
(15)Destroy the normal operation of the software system or website, intentionally spread computer viruses and other destructive programs;
(16)Carry out reselling of BitBrowser products or sub-users under the management users authorized by Party B in any way;
(17)Anything else that endangers the security of computer information networks.
(18)Other acts that violate public order and good customs or are prohibited by Laws And Regulations.
You commit that you will not use any type of software or device (whether manual or automated) to "crawl" or "spiderize" any part of BitBrowser, nor disassemble any content of BitBrowser or reverse engineering.
You understand and agree that if you implement any of the prohibited acts of this agreement, including using BitBrowser software and services for any illegal, unauthorized purpose, or have other violations of this agreement, BitBrowser has the right to punish violations of relevant Laws And Regulations or the provisions of this agreement, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates Laws And Regulations, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with Laws And Regulations, etc. You shall solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claim, requirement or loss claimed by a third party due to your violation of this agreement or related service terms; If BitBrowser assumes relevant responsibilities in advance due to effective judgments, rulings, etc. BitBrowser has the right to recover the full amount from you.

Charges Clause

Please visit our Payment Policy page for prices and latest offers on all our services. Some functions of BitBrowser are free, and some are paid only. If you agree to our Payment Policy and order the relevant functionality, you commit to pay for all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change. Price changes will be posted to https://www.bitbrowser.cn or to the software.
We reserve the right to change or terminate the service (or any part thereof) from time to time. BitBrowser shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of this service.

Refund Policy

BitBrowser offers pre-paid subscription packages, and no refunds for any paid services. Please note that all payments are final payments.

Terms and Termination

This Agreement will be effective on the date you accept these Terms of Use and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. BitBrowser reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or service at any time for any reason, which may result in your account being deactivated or deleted, or your access to the account restricted, and all content in the account deleted or cleared. BitBrowser will not be liable for any compensation. BitBrowser reserves the right to refuse to provide services to anyone for any reason at any time.
You can contact us at any time via customer service on our official website or at bitbrowser@qq.com, please note that access to certain parts of our website or services may be immediately disabled upon termination of your account. We have the right to terminate this agreement with you if:
1、You have violated any applicable laws when using our website or services;
2、You violate this agreement or the terms of the website or service;
3、We believe that any of your actions legally damage our commercial interests.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, texts, charts, images, logos, buttons, icons, interfaces, audio and video, and all of the above content on the BitBrowser website or products are owned by BitBrowser or the respective software provider. Protected by applicable copyright laws and other relevant laws and treaties. Website users are not allowed to send/upload any content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others to this website.
All trademarks, service marks and trademark (collectively referred to as "logos") used on the BitBrowser website or products are exclusive to BitBrowser. Such logos shall not be used on any non-bitbrowser products or services, or any other products or services that confuse consumers, or defame or tarnish the reputation of BitBrowser.

Confidentiality and Assessment

We value your privacy and our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement, please review our Privacy Policy so you can understand our privacy practices. All information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and by using the Site or Services, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You agree to keep the confidential Information confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than to perform this Agreement, nor to disclose BitBrowser confidential Information that you know to a third party. Any suggestions, information, ideas or feedback you provide to us about any BitBrowser software or services, including but not limited to any error report documents you find while using the software or related services (collectively referred to as "Feedback"), will be owned by the company. You agree to transfer all rights in "Feedback", including but not limited to ownership and interests and related intellectual property rights, to BitBrowser without compensation worldwide, and agree to assist us in improving and executing these rights.

Disclaimers

We recommend that you backup data frequently. It should always be your responsibility to mitigate your losses. This software is not fault-tolerant, nor is it designed or intended to be used in any hazardous environment requiring assurance of safe performance or operation. BitBrowser does not warrant that the website or product containing the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor does it promise that the website or service or server will be free from any harmful components. BitBrowser does not make any representations or warranties that the services provided are accurate, complete or useful. BitBrowser does not warrant that your use of the site or services is legal in any particular jurisdiction, and we specifically disclaim any such warranties.
We will not intervene in disputes between users or between users and any third party regarding the use of the service. When you use the services, you promise that BitBrowser will be harmless from any claims and demands (whether known or unknown, suspicious or accidental, public or undisclosed) in connection with such disputes and services.
