Protection is built into every order. Sellers set a guarantee period on each listing, from 2 to 30 days, and their own payout is held for exactly that long — so a longer guarantee costs the seller something real and means something to the buyer. If an item does not work as described, open a dispute inside that window for a replacement or a full refund.

Every listing also discloses how much of its stock has been sold on ooeex before, so buyers know exactly what they are getting before they pay.

Payments settle in crypto, and a public API is available for bulk and automated purchasing.
